Above is the Kaleidoscope at Grandscape in The Colony, Texas, a 30-foot tall structure that provides an interactive digital art and light experience. It incorporates hundreds of video tiles and more than 1,000 LED lights. It features immersive audio, integrated cameras, and motion-tracking capabilities so visitors can actively interact with the displays. More importantly, it makes for great “street photography.”

To the right of the Kaleidoscope is a not so interactive structure. It is a glass sculpture of a bulldog that is illuminated from within. It is very prominent at night in the complex I lived in.

To the right is a statue of the King of Rock that is displayed in the Memphis, Tennessee Welcome Center that sits at the end of the Hernando de Soto bridge over the Mississippi River. This iconic bridge, nicknamed the “M bridge” because of its twin steel through-arches, is illuminated at night by colorful LED lights.
